Mrs. Bernice A. Harrell, age 86, passed away Thursday February 27, 2020 at her residence in Forest, MS.
A Visitation was held at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS on Friday February 28, 2020 from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM and again on Saturday February 29, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 1:50 PM. A Funeral Service was held at Wolf Funeral Services Chapel in Morton, MS on Saturday February 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM. Burial was at Clifton Baptist Church Cemetery. Brother Billy Henry and Brother Paul Smith and Brother Kenny Lang officiated.
Mrs. Harrell, a Forest, MS resident since 1944, was a member of Clifton Baptist Church. She loved to sew, sing, cook and crochet. She is preceded in death by her parents; J.W. Aycock and Mary Williams Aycock; her husband of over 50 years, Eugene Franklin “Buck” Harrell, brothers; Travis Aycock, James Robert Aycock and sisters; Kate Moore, Dora Swanson and Jean Rigby. She is survived by her children; James Doyle Harrell of Forest, MS, Michael Harrell (Nita) of Forest, MS, Lou Ann Bricker (Randall) of Lena, MS; sister, Sue May (Fred) of Forkville, MS, six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren one great great grandchild, and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Pallbearers were Chris Bricker, Tad Bricker, Tyler Harrell, Brice Harrell, Lath Harrell, and Joey Rigby. Her nephews served as honorary pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Clifton Baptist Church.
