Mrs. Betty Jean Bell, age 79, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, August 19, 2018. Visitation was held on Monday August 20, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Visitation was also held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 1:15 p.m. at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Services were held Tuesday August 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Clifton Baptist Church in Forest, MS. Burial followed at Clifton Baptist Cemetery in Forest, MS. Officiating was Bro. Kenny Lang and Bro. Billy Henry. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS was in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Betty Bell was born on November 3, 1938 to parents Ralph and Ruby Millis, both of whom have preceded her in death. She is survived by Thelton Bell, her husband of 55 years and four children; Tommy Joe and Bridgette Bell of Brandon, MS; Greg and Tammy Bell of Forest, MS; Karen and Ronnie Richmond of Gluckstadt, MS; Jimmy Dale and Penny Bell of Forest, MS.
Thelton and Betty were blessed with a large family which she cherished: 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Betty’s siblings are Lynda Anderson of Covington, Louisiana; Glenn Millis of Pinola, MS; and Kay Boggan of Mendenhall, MS. Betty also loved her extended Wal-Mart Family of 31 years.
