Mr. Howard Wright, age 66, passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at his residence in Forest, MS. Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 from 4:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday February 27, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:45 p.m. at Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS. Funeral Services were held on Wednesday February 27, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in Wolf Funeral Services Chapel in Morton, MS with Rev. Ronny Wright officiating. Burial will follow in the Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery, Forest, MS. Wolf Funeral Services in Morton, MS was in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Wright was a lifelong resident of Forest, MS. He loved to fish and play the guitar.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer of Forest, MS; two daughters, Darlene Melton, of Forest, MS, Casey Wright of Harperville, MS; his sons, Rev. Ronny Wright of Braxton, MS, and Shannon Wright of Homewood, MS; his sisters, Elizabeth Harvey of Newton, MS, Margie Moore of Harperville, MS, Carolyn Wright of Little Rock, MS, Fay Mayfield of Tennessee, Sylvia Hill of Harperville, MS; his brother Billy Wight of Lake, MS; 16 Grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Pallbearers were Matthew Melton, Nathaniel Melton, Justin Stewart, Dustin Wright, Daniel Wright, and Payton Wright. Honorary Pallbearers were Alexis Wright, Rebecca Melton, Brooklyn Wright, Hannah Wright, Addison Wright, Ainsley Wright, Kevin Butler, Jr., Micah Butler, Jay Wright and Jacob Wright.
