Thomas Todd Lofton, age 31, a resident of Forest died Monday September 18, 2017 in Forest.
Funeral services were conducted at 11 a.m. Friday September 22, 2017 from the chapel of the Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Forest with interment in the Harperville Cemetery. Elder Hilton Moore officiated. Visitation was held from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. Thursday September 21, 2017 and again Friday September 22nd from 9 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
Thomas was born on June 24, 1986 to his parents Ricky Dale Lofton and Donna Sue Moore Lofton in Philadelphia, MS. He was a Primitive Baptist. He was employed by T & D Solutions as a Lead Lineman. He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
Thomas was also known by many as Todd. He loved his family and children. He also loved the outdoors.
Todd was preceded in death by his father Ricky Dale Lofton.
Survivors include his wife, Alyssa Lofton, two children. Madalyn Lofton and Hanna Lofton all of Forest. He is also survived by his mother Donna Sue Lofton of Forest and grandparents, Hilton and Patsy Moore. Other survivors include brother, Patrick “Ty” Lofton of Forest, step-brother Chad Lofton of Louisville, MS and step-sister, Crystal Lofton of Philadelphia, MS.
Pallbearers were Jack Wadsworth, Jr. Lamar Savell, Austin Alderman, Christopher Savell, Joe Bearden and Adam Stewart.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital in Jackson, MS.
