Food For Thought: Let me begin by saying some great messages were delivered at Pleasant Hill on October 20, 2024. The morning message by Pastor Marcus McDougle was taken from Luke 9:51-56 subject James and John the original gangsters. Women’s Day Theme, Stop Complaining and Do Something. Philippians 2:13-15. Women’s Day Speaker, Sis Angel Myers explored the theme well. One point made was that there are two types of complaining. Faithful and Faithless. Fear of the outcome, fear is a natural emotion. The spirit of fear is evil it comes in different forms. We can’t be afraid of what the people say. Remember if you’re not helping to make it right, then stop complaining about it being wrong.
