On February 22, 2025 the 12th Annual Red and White Ball was held at the Scott County District Missionary Baptist Associations Sis. Jacqueline McDougle, President. Rev. Charles E. Bell, Moderator. Sponsored by the Women’s Auxiliary. Theme Serving the Lord. Program Guides, Jimmie and Peggy Lewis. It was a great program. A special Tribute was performed by Sis. Maude Davis of White Stone M.B. Church. Worship in Praise J&J Mime, and music by Saint Mark M.B Church as well as Chris Jones and Brannon McDougle.
Food For Thought: Hindrances that interfere with God’s message to us include the busyness and noisiness of our life. Distractions can make God’s quiet voice nearly undetectable. Let’s set aside time today to really listen and wait for Him to remove our doubts. He is able to provide liberating peace.
