Food For Thought: Some emotions are meant to be nourished and others need to be quickly dropped into God’s hands. We should learn to cultivate and seek out that which brings peace to our heart. Letting go of our negative feelings as quickly as we can, releasing them to God. If we cling to the dark feelings they will reproduce, blocking the healthy flow of grace into our life. Letting go can lead to a more peacefully heart.
