Food For Thought: Have you ever hit a spiritual wall a place in your life where there seems to be a stop sign that does not move. I think we all do at some point in our lives. We lose our joy, our zeal, our faith, we are surrounded by negative influences. We have unrealistic expectations. Unfulfilling accomplishments alone with worldly influences. One of our biggest drains to our spirit is our emotions. Our spiritual outlook many times is a by product of our physical mental and emotional wellbeing. Our body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within us.
