Food For Thought: Autumn, without a doubt is one of the most gorgeous seasons, when the leaves change colors to a slightly golden texture, and the weather cools down a bit. Turning the clocks back, our nights will seem much longer, but the good news is, our mornings will be earlier, hopefully giving us more motivation to get out of bed and start our day. Summer is now in our rear-view mirror. The State fair is about to start. Wow!
Autumn asked that we prepare for the future and learn to let go. Like the leaves on the trees. Welcome Fall…
