Food For Thought: Attitude refers to an expression of the way one feels. Behavior is the way that someone acts. Although the two are related, they are distinct from one another as attitude focuses on how one feels, and behavior deals with one’s actions. However, one’s attitude is often expressed through their behavior. The Pharisee’s attitude was misguided when they invited Jesus to dinner.
Often worship can be directed by people’s opinions, likes and dislikes instead of by sincere adoration for God. Are we more angered by not hearing our name called or losing a desired position, maybe looking and dressing the part is more important than grooming ourselves internally.
