129th Annual Session of the East Mississippi State Convention will begin on October 24-26 2023 at West Mount Mariah Missionary Baptist Church 10530 Woods Rd., Meridian, MS 39301. Women Auxiliary President Jackie McDougle will be giving her address, on October 25, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
Travlin: Shenell and JaKeshia Pace, Peggy and Jimmie Lewis traveled to Gary Indiana October 20-22, 2023 to support family in a Celebration for Brenda Matheny at the Chateau Banquets in Merrillville, Indiana.

Food For Thought: As we look at the world around us, we can see that people often prefer falsehood to truth. We choose to live in a world that soothes our anxiety, rather than face life’s reality. We cannot force people to acknowledge what they don’t want to face, but we can do all we can to encourage them and build them up. We should cheer for the truth, trusting that God’s grace is always on the truth’s side. Let’s all try to do the same.
