Pleasant Hill M.B. Church Harvest/Church Anniversary will be November 19, 2023 combined with morning service.
Morton Christmas Parade is scheduled for December 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m.
M.T. Carmel M.B. Church will host their annual Women’s Day Program November 12, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Speaker will be First Lady Kristy Laster.
New Bethel M.B. Church Forest Mississippi, will have their 91st Church Anniversary on November 19, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Willie Jones will be the speaker.
There will be a Veterans Day Ceremony held at Bettye Mae Jack Middle School, November 10, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.

Food For Thought: Freedom, do we know what that is? To a wife it maybe time away from her husband or vise versa. To a high school graduate entering college, time away from their parents. Freedom holds a different meaning for each one of us. As believers in Jesus, we come to know more about God and build our trust in His faithful character as we follow His ways in obedience. Our path in life may not always look or feel smooth, but we can be assured as we trust in Him that God is alongside us and making a way. We too can feel freedom as we run in obedience on God’s best path for us.
