We the member(s) of EZ Spirits 2 LLC intend to make application for a Package Liquor permit as provided for by the Local Option Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws, Section 67-1-1, et seq., of the Mississippi to operate as a Limited Liability Company under the trade name of EZ Spirits 2 LLC located at 880 MS Hwy. 35, Forest, MS 39074. The name title and address of the owner(s)/partners/corporate officer(s) and /or majority stockholders are Jigneshkumar B. Patel, Owner, 1280 Hwy. 35 South, Forest, MS 39047.
If any person wishes to request a hearing to object to the issuance of this permit a request for a hearing must be within (15) fifteen days from the first date this notice was published.
