NOTICE TO DEFENDANT
You have been made a Respondent in the Petition filed in this Court by, Jessica Mclin,
seeking approval of a settlement on behalf of the minor, Jakayla Walker.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition at the Newton County Courthouse, Decatur, Mississippi, on the 27th day of February, 2026, 9:00 a.m., and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment approving the settlement and granting other relief requested may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
