You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Patience S. Buxton De Santiago, seeking a judicial determination of the heirs of Michael Lee Gifford, deceased intestate.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Determination of Heirship of Michael Lee Gifford, Deceased, filed against you in this action, on the 27th day of March, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. before Honorable Robert M. Logan, Chancellor, at the Scott County Courthouse in Forest, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in petition.
