NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Supervisors of Scott County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, the 2nd day of March 2026 for sale to the County for use in the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges of the County for a period between March 2, 2026 and ending December 31, 2026 or soon thereafter as new bids can be accepted, of materials, supplies and products, including, but not limited to:
* No. 5 Crushed Aggregate,
* No. 7 Crushed Aggregate, and
* Road Striping
Bids should be submitted through the Board of Supervisors Office, Scott County Courthouse, P O Box 630, Forest, MS 39074. Please contact Jason Price, Purchase Clerk at 601-469-3110 for bid request forms. The right to reject any and all bids is hereby reserved by the Board of Supervisors. All bids shall be marked "Sealed Bids" with note of the bid item on the outside of the envelope.
