TO: The Unknown Heirs at Law of Pauline Boyd Bryant, deceased, and any other person or party claiming any legal or equitable interest in and to the Estate of Pauline Boyd Bryant, deceased.
You have been made Respondents in the cause filed in this Court of Scott County by Portia Lynn Simon Brown, Executrix of the Estate of Pauline Boyd Bryant, deceased.
The Petition for Determination of Heirs filed in the Chancery Court of the Scott County, Mississippi is a civil action seeking adjudication of heirs of Pauline Boyd Bryant, deceased, and other relief.
You are hereby summoned and commanded to personally appear before the Chancery Court at the Scott County Chancery Courthouse in Forest, Mississippi, on the 27th day of March 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to defend said suit and show cause if any you can why the relief sought and prayed for in the Petition should not be granted, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment Determining Heirs at Law may be entered against you by default.
