You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Jo Ann McKee, seeking the custody of the minor child described herein.
You are summoned to appear at 9:00 a.m. on the 27th day of March, 2026, in the Chancery Court of the Scott County Courthouse at 100 E. Main Street, Forest, MS to appear and defend against said Petition for Custody filed herein and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment may be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
