TO: Any and all unknown heirs at law, executors, administrators, devisees, or statutory beneficiaries under MISS. CODE ANN. Sec 11-7-3 and any and all persons claiming or having a legal or equitable interest in the estate of WILLIAM CLOYS FRANKLIN, DECEASED, whose names, post office addresses, and residence addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry, you have been made a Defendant in the matter filed by this Court by NORMAN RANDY FRANKLIN, and WILLIAM MARK FRANKLIN, Administrators of the Estate of MARTA CRAIG FRANKLIN, DECEASED. Petitioners are seeking to determine the heirs at law of MARTA CRAIG FRANKLIN.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint filed against you in this action at 9:00 A. M. on the 27th day of March, 2026, in the Chancery Court of Scott County, 100 East Main Street, Forest, MS 39074, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition and a decree will be entered against you that omits you as an heir at law of the deceased.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
