AUDREY HA, AND HANH NGUYEN AND FOR ANY AND ALL PERSONS AND INDIVIDUALS WHO MAY HAVE ANY CLAIM IN THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:
Commence at the Southeast corner of the SW¼, Section 21, Township 8 North, Range 8 East, thence run due North 729.32 feet; thence run due West 1004.07 feet to a point on the West right of way of Hammond Road for the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run the following calls along said right of way; North 03 degrees 16 minutes East, 132.81 feet; North 02 degrees 34 minutes West 118.65 feet; North 04 degrees 04 minutes West, 366.32 feet to fence line; thence run South 89 degrees 00 minutes West, 780.34 feet along said fence; thence run North 89 degrees 47 minutes West, 1750.31 feet along fence; thence run South 00 degrees 15 minutes East, 989.79 feet; thence run South 74 degrees 25 minutes East, 615.98 feet; thence run North 89 degrees 45 minutes East, 300.0 feet; thence run North 00 degrees 15 minutes West, 829.0 feet; thence run South 80 degrees 17 minutes East, 1684.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said tract containing 40.16 acres and located in the SE¼ of SW¼ and the SW¼ of SW¼, Section 21, and the SE¼ of SE¼, Section 20, all in Township 8 North, Range 8 East, Scott County, Mississippi.
You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Hanh Tran and Kim Tran, Plaintiffs.
Defendants other than you in this action, are any and all other persons claiming to be an heir at law of Diana Nguyen, deceased.
