You have been made Defendants in the suit filed in this Court by Sherri Shortridge Norman, seeking a judicial determination of the heirs of Larry William Shortridge, deceased intestate.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition for Determination of Heirship of Larry William Shortridge, Deceased, filed against you in this action, on the 15th day of April, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. before Honorable Robert M. Logan, Chancellor, at the Jasper County Courthouse in Bay Springs, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
