TO: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF TIMOTHY RAY WHITE, DECEASED.
You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Tammy White as Administratrix of the Estate of Timothy Ray White, deceased, joined by Natasha White and Joseph White, seeking to Determine Heirship, Approve Final Accounting and to Discharge Administratrix and Close the Estate. Defendants or parties of interest other than you in this matter are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 A.M. on May 1, 2026 at the Scott County Courthouse in Forest, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
