Independence Day - July 4th - Celebrate
In 1776 the 13 Colonies claimed their Independence from Great Britain, an event that eventually lead to the formation of the United States. Each year on the 4th of July, also called Independence Day, U.S. citizens celebrate this historic event. It was in the 1880’s when Congress passed a law making Independence Day a federal holiday and said there should be celebrations and fireworks while enjoying our freedoms. Have a great celebration, with friends and family, on the 4th!
We need to be working to keep those freedoms, as they are fast being taken away! DeSantis, Governor or Florida, said he understands why Biden picked Kamala Harris as his Vice-President. “She’s the best insurance money can buy as, no matter what Biden does — no one wants Kamala!” (If Biden dies in office or after getting the Presidency in 2024, but hasn’t taken the office, we are still going to get Kamala! Wake up America!)

Modi appeared unfazed, or unaware, as he stood looking straight ahead.” We need to quit looking for intelligent life on Mars and see if there any intelligent life in Washington D.C!
An elderly couple was walking by holding hands. I told the gentleman to have her home before 10, with a smile and a wink...The elderly man stopped in his tracks, without missing a beat said. Don’t worry, I will. Her husband gets home at 11. WHATTTT? I laughed so hard as I watched them giggle and walk away. Life can be so funny, if you just let it happen!
Cleveland, Ohio. “16 month old girl dies after being left alone for almost 10 days, without food or water. Her mom decided to go on a vacation, leaving her alone. On returning back home she found her deceased daughter in her playpen, soaked in urine. She was taken into custody and charged with murder after her daughter, named Jailyn, was found Sunday unresponsive at home. The neighbors were horrified and stated that earlier she asked them to keep her for a few days while she would be out of town. However, she left her for several months and would not answer phone. (As an old saying goes, “Hell is not hot enough for her!)
Speaking of hot, how about this heat wave? Everybody needs to take serious precautions, this is a very dangerous situation and a heat stroke can happen very quickly! Don’t think it won’t happen to you!
CBS Sunday Morning segment always pays tribute to those who are famous, or infamous, that passed away. This past week our friend, Donald Gray Triplet, known to a vast number of people, passed away and was featured. Hopefully, it will be on ‘You Tube’ and we can watch it.
The reason why our families are not the same any more is because, we’ve buried the ones who use to keep the family together! I’m pretty sure that Adam ate the apple and blamed Eve. You know how men won’t own up to things. That’s why men have an Adam’s Apple in their throat God is funny like that!
You relax on a plane, even if you don’t know the pilot; You relax, even when you don’t know the driver on a bus; Why don’t you relax in life knowing God is in total control?
