TO: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW
OF PEGGY DORIS SULLIVAN, DECEASED WHOSE IDENITY AND POST OFFICE AND STREET ADDRESS AND WHEREABOUTS ARE UNKNOWN AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Stephen Dwayne Sullivan, as the Administrator of the Estate of Peggy Doris Sullivan, deceased, seeking to Determine the Heirship of Peggy Doris Sullivan. Defendants other than you in this action are none.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Heirs filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, the 13th day of March, 2026, in the Courtroom at the Scott County Courthouse, Forest, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
