AND TO: KNOWN HEIRS AT LAW, BRIANA CHANTEL ROGERS AND DEREK RYDER MCDANIEL
You are hereby summoned to appear to show cause why Derek Ryder McDaniel and Briana Rogers should not be adjudicated as the sole and only heirs at law of the Decedent, Jack Rogers, as fully set out in the Petition on file in the Chancery Court of Scott County, Mississippi.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of May 2026, in the Jasper County Chancery Courthouse located in Bay Springs, Mississippi, before the Honorable Judge Robert Logan and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
