You have been made a party in the above matter filed in this Court by the Estate of Tyundria Agee, Deceased by Sharon Ficklin, Administratrix of the Estate of Tyundria Agee, Deceased, seeking to determine the Legal Heirs at Law and Statutory Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Tyundria Agee, Deceased.
You are hereby summoned to appear and defend the Petition to Determine the Legal Heirs at Law and Statutory Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Tyundria Agee, Deceased, filed in this action at a hearing at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st day of May, 2026 before Chancellor Robert Logan in the Chancery Court of Scott County, Mississippi at the Scott County Courthouse in Forest, Mississippi located at 100 E. 1st Street, Forest, Mississippi 39074.
