The libraries of Scott County are planning for a special event in April, as a collaborative celebration of National Library Week 2018. Pascagoula photographer Jeff Baldock, Creative Visions, is displaying his latest “Downtown by Night” series at the Forest Public Library on Tuesday, April 10.
