Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Wilson of Sebastopol, MS are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Abbie Suzzette, to Samuel McCoy Compton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel (Sammy) Compton of Sebastopol, MS.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Wolfe of Lake, MS and Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Wilson of Sebastopol, MS. The prospective groom is the grandson of Mrs. JoAn Shelley of Forest, MS and Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Shelley of Sebastopol, MS and Mr. and Mrs. Butch Compton of Sebastopol, MS.
The Bride-to-be is a 2024 graduate of Sebastopol High School in Sebastopol, MS. She will receive her associate degree in May 2025 from East Central Community College. She is enrolled in the PANTA Program at Mississippi State and is currently employed with Neshoba County School District, in Philadelphia, MS.
The soon to be groom is a 2023 graduate of Sebastopol High School in Sebastopol, MS. He received his 1-year Certificate in Diesel Mechanics from East Central Community College in 2024. McCoy is employed with Helmerick & Payne, Inc. in New Mexico.
The couple will exchange vows at 5:30 P.M. on May 10, 2025 at Salem Baptist Church, 2296 Salem Road, Lake, MS. After wedding vows, a reception will follow in the Lighthouse. The Bride and Groom proudly extend an invitation to friends and family via the media of the press to attend their wedding.
The couple plans to make their home in Sebastopol, MS.
