Our prayers are with Mrs. Angelio Hughes and family in the loss of her husband, Lt. Colonel Dale Payton, on April 23rd at St Dominic Hospital. Mrs. Hughes is a member of Charlie and Eloise White’s family. Lt. Colonel was President of Metro Master Gardeners, a retired educator, coach, and Lt. Colonel in the U. S. Army.
