Midway M. B. Church Revival schedule (August 20-23, 2018): Monday Night and Tuesday night speaker was Rev. Alvin Day, Associate Minister of St. James Church of Canton, MS. Wednesday night speaker will be Rev. Kelly Miller, Pastor of Jones Chapel M. B. Church of Carthage, MS. Thursday night speaker will be Rev. Vorneal Lipsey, Pastor of Christian Union Church and New Jerusalem M. B. Church.
Please remember the Parker and Flanigan Families. Brother William “Bill” Flanigan made his transition into his heavenly home on last Saturday. Arrangements are incomplete at my press time. Please remember Cassandra in her time of need. I will say this for her. She has been a good and faithful servant. She carried William with her and took excellent care of him. They were at the Century Family Reunion the last of June. William was an impeccable dresser, she kept him in his style of dressing, until his end. To that Cassandra Thank You.
Brother Dewayne Cox was in a bad accident on last Friday. He had to be cut from his truck. He is in University Medical Center. He is scheduled to have surgery this week. Remember him, his wife Annett and their children, Marty and Victoria in your prayers.
