To: Dr. Kris Harrell, graduate of MHS, on taking over the role of Associate Dean for Academic Affairs on the campus of the university of Mississippi, Oxford. He has worked with the School of Pharmacy for almost 18 years spending the last 12 managing pharmacy rotations as the director of experiential affairs.

Travelin’, visitin’ and such: Those representing the local chapter of NARFE at the recent State NARFE Convention held at Lake Tiak O Khata Conference Center were Chester and Shirley Sawyer and Margaret Molpus. Chester is the District 3 Representative and Shirley is the president of the local Chapter.
Ann Rector was among the guests at the lovely wedding uniting Ellen Lee and Allen Moore, Jr. held at the Fondren Church, Jackson and the following reception at The Jackson Country Club. She also reports enjoying a drop in visit with her son Ricky Rector and friend Chucky Gentry who were in town for the 50th MHS Reunion (bringing all classmates, graduates, faculty, guests to Roosevelt State Park-Alfreda-Carl Harris Lodge.
