The Forest Public Library is one of my favorite places to go to. If they do not have the book in house, most times they can get it from another library in a day or two. They also have E-Books! For the next couple of months they will have special events.
The Beginner’s Sewing Class was a big success and because it was filled so quickly, they will be having it again. The Soap Making Class is also filled. Check them out, you will be amazed what they are doing!
Bernie Sanders wants Medicare to be available to all citizens in U.S.A. Canada has universal health care and their system, reportedly, is a disaster! I flew to Canada,a few years ago, to ride back through the country with son-in-law, Jim Jeffries. We had stopped and parked his Motorhome bus at a Walmart.
When we returned to the bus a elderly man was sitting on his scooter waiting to see who was gonna return to it. We talked with him quite some time. Jim asked him why he was on the scooter. He had been waiting for a hip replacement for over two years and still no date set. He said they were just waiting for him to die. He said it was almost impossible to see a doctor or get any procedure done.
Recipe for Taco Spaghetti: (8) oz. of spaghetti, one and one/half pounds of ground beef or turkey, 1 (1oz.) pkg. taco seasoning, (2/3) cup water, (1) can Campbell cheese nacho soup OR (8) oz of Velveeta cubed cheese, (1) can Rotel with chillies Undrained, one and one half cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
Cooking directions; cook spaghetti, drain and set aside; cook meat, drain and add Taco seasoning and water — cook about 5 minutes. – then add soup or Velveeta, Rotel and (1) cup of shredded cheese stir till cheese is blended — add in spaghetti.
In 9 x 9 pan put the mixture in and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven till heated through and through.
