I hope all readers are planning to vote in this next election! If you are unable to travel, or not going to be the area, call your County Clerk’s office and get an absentee ballot! Time is running out to do this! This could be be one of the most important elections in our lifetime!

Another Scam. If you receive a call and immediately hear “Can you hear me now?”
Hang up! This phrase is used to coax you to say yes. A word that if said in your voice is as good as gold for a con artist! This three letter word is used frequently by companies to confirm account changes, security settings, purchases and giving scammers access to your stuff!

I heard an interesting suggestion today, “Loneliest is the largest problem in our modern day culture! It was said to be the leading cause of drug abuse, suicide and many acts of violence. Many seek true friends, or to be a member of a group to find happiness. Modern day people can be in a crowd of people and still be lonely. The digital age of staying on a phone or other device isolates people to not be a part of their surroundings. This sounds like it can very be true!
