Amen to the Rescue!
Two days ago two teenagers were swimming in Florida when they got caught by Rip Tide and pulled out in the ocean. After some two hours of fighting the waves they were cold, tired and desperate. They started calling out to God to save them! A boat captain heard their cries,over all the horrible noise of the raging ocean, and he and his crew managed to rescue them. The name of their boat was “Amen.” The teenagers said, “There’s no way it wasn’t Him!”
Sunday, 4/12, is Mother’s Day. If you are not sure what to give your Momma for Mother’s Day — just sit next to her in church Sunday morning!

Congratulations to the Lake Hornet Baseball team in their success, so far, in the playoffs. Their next game is this coming Thursday at their home field in Lake.
