At the beginning of spring, a blonde was going to try out her new boat. She was unable to travel through the water, no matter how hard she tried. A man watching her decided to help her. He found out everything was working on the top side, so he jumped in the water to check underneath the boat for problems. When he came up he was laughing so loud — found the boat trailer was still hooked to the boat.
Last week, in Forest, a house fire killed an elderly woman and her two sons. (My sincere sympathy to her loved ones and friends.). Here are some Fire Prevention methods. (1) Stand 3 feet away from space heaters. (2) Take phone chargers off when charging is finished. (3) Do Not put heat lamps in dog houses. (4) With a wall heater, turn off at breaker as extremely cold weather will cause it to come back on and most importantly, have fire alarms installed inside your house.
Congratulations to “AMERICAN IDOL Contestant” Tate Emmons, 16-year-old high school student, on his performance. SUPER BOWL. Becky Burkes Hynes shared some interesting information that made me watch the Super Bowl. “Our cousin, Ben Brown number 77, plays for the New England Patriots. He is native of Vicksburg and he carried a family legacy to the Super Bowl. His grandfather was Allen Brown, who married our cousin, Margaret Burkes, who lives in Natchez. Allen played with the Green Bay Packers. I think they won 2 Super Bowls.”
Have a God blessed week and enjoy a much better weather forecast, while it lasts!
