Voting cannot solve our nation’s problems, but God can!
The voting should be over, except perhaps lawsuits will follow? Regardless, who gets the White House, our God is our Judge, Lawgiver and our King! We may not like the final outcome, but we have to accept it.
My biggest concern in the election has been “Sixty Million babies have been killed by Abortion in our country. The number one reason for this is promiscuity where unmarried women have 87% of all abortions. Why does anyone think abortions are right? Leviticus 18:21 - “Do not give your children to be sacrificed to Molek, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the Lord.” A million different laws, but until we follow the ten He gave us, nothing will change!
Monday the 11th is Veterans Day, “A time to honor living American Veterans, regardless of whether they served in wartime or peacetime; for their patriotism, love of country and willingness to serve and sacrifice for our good; acknowledge that their contribution to our national security is appreciated ; and to underscore the fact that all those who served have sacrificed and done their duty.” (Ephesus Baptist Church Cemetery has 97 Veterans, and one is a memorial to a Missing In Action. I invite all to come by and see the large U.S. flags flying at each of their graves. It is a sight to behold! (I have said this before. This is a special day for me as my Dad was in WWI, two of my brothers in WWII and two other brothers and my husband in later skirmishes.)
True Fact. “There’s a cemetery in the Netherlands that consists of over 8,000 U.S. Veterans, who died in WWII. For over 70 years, Dutch families have come to the cemetery to care for a grave they have adopted. Hundreds of their people are currently waiting on a list to become caretakers.”
This weekend clocks were turned back an hour, meaning that summer is over. Today some people claim it will save energy. Others say darker mornings may pose a safety risk or “Inconvenience” to certain workers. (Personally, I would prefer leaving it alone.) I have heard it will be brought up again when the lawmakers return, after the first of next year.

McDonald’s Ecoli outbreak expands and it links their Quarter Pounder Burgers onions for this outbreak. The Disease Control and Prevention Center announced: Twenty two people have been hospitalized and one died. The initial investigation points to the onions in burgers and it points to Taylor Farms, of Colorado, being the likely source. Several chains have removed their onions. McDonalds, Burger King, KFC and Taco Bell as well as some others.
If you are concerned about whether the eggs are good, put them to this test. If it floats, throw it out; if it sinks, it’s good to go; If it stands on it’s end, usually good.
A house is just a place to keep your “stuff” while you go out and buy more “stuff!” I can testify to this! When I moved, I had to part with most of my “stuff” and it wasn’t easy to see it go. This was the biggest favor I could ever have done for my daughters!!!
