Mission Team has successful trip to Haiti
Thank you for your prayers. The HBC Haiti Mission team arrived home safely on Saturday. By all accounts, they had a successful trip with no problems during their travels or stay. They provided much needed medical services, taught English and Bible classes, built a home and rain water collection system, gave out rice, beans and oil, and most importantly, shared the Gospel with those they encountered.
The mission team will be sharing their experiences with the church on July 1st.
The Parent/Baby Dedication of Seth, Meagan and Jax McDaniel and John, Leah and Michael Bergin was observed yesterday as part of the morning services. It was a fitting beginning for our worship service on Father’s Day.
The church will host a bridal shower next Sunday for Kayla Worrell, bride elect of John Waggoner, from 2-4 p.m. in the fellowship hall. She is registered at Walmart.
