The Resurrection
Good Morning/Evening!
It’s the middle of Holy Week ...Wednesday, the day that Judas Iscariot betrayed Jesus for pieces of silver, that eventually left him distraught and very sad.
Holy Thursday— the Last Supper with the disciples, and Jesus washes their feet.
Good Friday — Jesus was crucified on the cross. Darkness covered the earth as God accepted His sacrifice for our sins.
Saturday — Jesus rested in the Tomb.
Sunday — Jesus is Risen! His death, burial, and resurrection paid for our sins and gives all who believes in Him Eternal life.
This coming Sunday, April 5, is Resurrection Sunday (Easter)! Let’s allow Jesus to rise in our lives everyday, don’t just acknowledge Him on this day.
God wants us to remember Him always and the commonalities we all share. He created us all and we share the same blood line, form the creation of Adam. Let’s stop looking so hard for the differences and act on the love God has shown us.
