Crap is getting real; The cattlemen don’t have a chance; Lick tubs $140 a tub; Cubes close to $14 a bag; We are getting priced out of existence. Pray for our Ranchers to be able to hang in there. Meat prices, at the grocery stores, is not their fault. It’s above their head. They surely are not making the profits. 10,000 head of cattle were sold, in three counties here, in the last three weeks from cattlemen who are drowning, middle age cattle are going to slaughter because we can’t afford to feed them.” (Remember, farmers are the ones that that feed us!)
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi arrives in Taiwan flouting Chinese threats and Biden’s concerns. “Congressional delegation’s visit to Taiwan honored America’s unwavering committed to support Taiwan’s vibrant democracy.” Nancy said in a statement, “America’s solidarity with 23 million people of Taiwan is more important today than ever, as the world faces a choice between Autocracy and Democracy.”
China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs accused the US of embedding “Separatist” in Taiwan and Pelosi’s visit has a severe impact on the political impact of China and China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. (These moves are like playing with fire and they are extremely dangerous. USA Today.)

Never forget Democrats cheered rioters for 8 months before they were “outraged” by January 6th. The beautiful wood carving, in front of the organ, was graciously donated by Dale Sharp to our Youth, to be used as a way to raise funds for their ministry. Tickets will be sold until August 10th. Tickets are $5, or 5 for $20. Will be drawn on 8/10. See a youth to get your tickets. Special Love Offering for Bro. Scott Mangum Next Sunday 8/14. We are joining in with other churches in our association to help the Mangums during this difficult time.

Jesus forgave a thief dangling on a cross knowing full well the thief had converted out of plain fear. That thief would never study the Bible, never attend a Synagogue or a Church and never make amends to those he had wronged. He simply said, “Jesus remember me” and Jesus promised, “Today you will be with me in Paradise.” It was another shock that Grace does not depend on what we have done for God, but rather what God has done for us.
