Reunion a great success
Sympathy is extended to the family of Mr. Alvie Barber.
Brother David Rives will be bringing services at Salem (Hwy. 492) though the rest of 2023. Morning worship is at 10 a.m. Evening services are at 5 p,m. Bible study and youth work are on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. All are welcome to attend these services.
Thanks to all who had a hand in planning and carrying out the Sebastopol Class Reunion of the classes of the 50s, 60s, and 1970. It was a great success with a conservative estimate of 130 in attendance. No official count was made for attendance. Good thing for name tags because some of us would have a difficult time recognizing one another.
October 31–trick or treating in the parking lot behind the school cafeteria.
Something new coming to Sebastopol: From 8 A.M. till 4 P.M., November 11 at the Co-op Community Center, located near the fire station, will be the Jingle and Mingle Christmas Market. Stay tuned for further details in weeks to come.

Although the intense heat has let up and we are seeing much cooler weather, we still need to pray for rain!! It will take several inches of rain before we can even consider burning fires. Remember not to set any fires in this extremely dry weather. One tiny spark can set off a quickly spreading wildfire.
Please pray for ISRAEL.
