Our community is deeply saddened by the tragic death of Mr. Frederick “Fred” Harper, husband of Mrs. Cynthia Sharp Harper, and son of Mrs. Kathern Crudup Qualls and Mr. Ray Neal Qualls. Mr. Harper died October 9th following an accident involving his four-wheeler. His grandson, Frederick Harper, III, was injured, hospitalized and released.
