Our prayers are with the family of retired attorney and Judge Edwin R. Smith, former executive director of East MS Legal Services, Osage County, KS District Magistrate Judge, and Associate Justice of the MS Band of Choctaw Indian’s Supreme Court. He died June 7th, and a memorial service will be held later.
